ECI Partners has agreed to sell laboratory IT systems supplier CliniSys Group, in a sale which will reap a 2.5-times net return on the UK lower mid-market buyout firm's initial investment.

The London-based firm yesterday announced it has reached an agreement to sell CliniSys to European mid-market buyout firm Montagu Private Equity.
