UK private equity firm ECI Partners is lining up a sale of Wireless Logic, the tech business it bought from Peter Jones, star of BBC TV’s Dragons’ Den, three years ago.

ECI has hired technology advisory firm Arma Partners to help find buyers for the company, which could be sold in the fourth quarter or early next year, according to three people familiar with the matter.
