Edwards moves to Charlemagne after Mienl's London closure

Nicholas Edwards, the former chief executive and founder of Mienl Capital Markets, has moved to Charlemagne Capital, the specialist UK fund manager, following the closure of Mienl's operations in London.

Edwards was the founder and chief executive of Mienl Capital, the London-based specialist funds broking subsidiary of Austria's Mienl Bank. He oversaw Mienl's successful launch of a merger arbitrage fund last year.
