Electra Partners, the European private equity house, has completed the management buy-in of floundering flight scheduling data publisher, OAG (Official Airlines Guide).

Dutch publishing group Reed Elsevier, is believed to have sold OAG for a nominal sum. Electra would not disclose the amount paid for the majority controlling stake.
