Tesla chief executive Elon Musk has refiled the disclosure of his stake in Twitter to reflect the change in status from passive to active investor after being named a board member at the social media company.

Musk made the disclosure on 5 April in a 13D filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission which showed his intention to be more active in Twitter's business.
