Embattled Nomos files for liquidation

Nomos Capital Partners, a UK hedge fund marketing firm defending itself from accusations that include sex discrimination, has filed for liquidation, according to documents published by Companies House.

The winding up document said special and ordinary resolutions were passed on May 13 this year. The resolutions, relating to Nomos Capital Partners, were: "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.
