Energis seeks £400m from secondary share sale

Energis, the UK telecoms company, is looking to raise £400m (€657m) of fresh funds via a secondary share offering.

Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Cazenove have been named as joint lead managers and bookrunners on the issue, which Energis said will represent no more than 5% of its existing share capital, amounting to more than 77.5 million new shares.
