EO, the electronic share distribution platform, is set to launch its first fully online initial public offering (IPO) on Thursday when trading begins in BV Group, the advertising and brand communications consultancy.

John St John, chief executive of EO, hopes that private investors will take the opportunity to buy into this and other smaller high growth companies on the same terms as institutional and venture capital investors.
