Claes Dahlbäck, chairman of EQT, one of the three largest buy-out firms in the Nordic region, has become a non-executive director at Goldman Sachs.
Dahlbäck is also non-executive chairman of Investor AB, the quoted Swedish investment company founded on the Wallenberg family fortune. He started with Investor AB in 1973 in New York, where Goldman Sachs has its headquarters, before moving to Sweden where he was president and chief executive for 21 years.
