Ernst & Young resigns as auditor of Travelex owner Finablr

EY stepped down after it raised concerns over the payment group's corporate governance practices, its finance and its board

Ernst & Young has resigned as the auditor of Finablr, the scandal-struck owner of Travelex, after the Big Four accountancy firm raised concerns over its corporate governance practices, its finance and its board.

In a statement released on 30 March, Finablr said EY had informed the group that it would no longer act as its auditor.
