The European arm of exchange giant NYSE Euronext has today made its second senior management change in three months, replacing the chairman of its Amsterdam division, Joost van der Does de Willebois.

Cees Vermaas, head of European cash markets, will replace van der Does de Willebois in June this year. Van der Does de Willebois, who joined Euronext Amsterdam in 2004 from Dutch bank ING, is stepping down "to start thinking about the next phase of my career".
