Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s most senior executive outside the US has announced his top management team to run the firm’s combined European investment banking and wealth management business just under two months after the merger of the two banks took effect. Eight of the 15-strong committee are from the Merrill Lynch side; with the rest from Bank of America.
Jonathan Moulds, president of Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, has named a group of 15 senior managers who will run the integrated business.
