European high-yield market set for growth

The rapid growth of the European high-yield sector will allow its fund managers to invest 100% in European assets by the end of next year, according to one of the sector's largest fund managers.

Franklin Templeton, leading US high-yield investor that started a euro high-yield fund in April 2000, says that the European market is not diversified enough to allow full investment in Europe - but that should change in the next two years.
