The European initial public offering volume this year is at its lowest level for five years and there is nothing in the pipeline for April and May, as volatile markets continue to shake investor confidence.
So far this year, listings in Europe have raised a meagre $529.9m, (â¬346m) compared with $6.7bn last year, 12 times as much, according to Thomson Financial. There are no European listings in the pipeline for April and May, with only three pending for March.
