The former chair of investment banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Barclays, who left the UK lender in the summer, has become the latest high-profile banker to launch his own firm.
Makram Azar, who spent nearly eight years at Barclays in a number of senior roles, launched Full Circle Capital on October 18, according to filings with the UK's Companies House.
