Ex-Carlyle director wants to help people understand the rich and powerful

Christopher Ullman is preparing to publish a book on the lessons learned from his high-profile bosses

After more than 17 years working for Carlyle Group, Christopher Ullman in December quit his job as director of communications to launch his own public relations firm.

But he is not done yet speaking for the billionaire founders of the private equity firm. In his new book, Ullman plans to share the lessons he learned from them and other former notable bosses. He hopes highlighting what makes the powerful and the rich successful can also show that they are people like any other.
