Ex-Deutsche funds chief joins Woodford-backed fintech

One of the European investment industry’s biggest hitters has joined the board of a peer-to-peer lending firm backed by Neil Woodford.

Paul Manduca, who was European chief executive at Deutsche Asset Management between 2002 and 2005, has been appointed non-executive chairman at RateSetter, the fintech company announced today.
