A former star trader and executive committee member at Dresdner Kleinwort, who earlier this month won a legal battle with three of his colleagues against Commerzbank over bonuses and severance pay, has joined Japanese broker Nomura International.

Kaveh Taleghani, who ran credit trading at Dresdner Kleinwort and was a member of its executive committee before he left earlier this year, joined Nomura International in London at the start of this month, according to the Financial Services Authority register.
