Former Financial Conduct Authority enforcement head Mark Steward will become the new head of Dubai’s markets regulator.

Steward will take over as chief executive of the Dubai Financial Services Authority on 19 May for a three-year term, according to a 26 February announcement. He will replace Ian Johnston, who is stepping down from the role.
