An advisory boutique set up by three former Goldman Sachs dealmakers has recruited an ex-Evercore managing director in New York to be the latest addition to its senior ranks.

Ardea Partners hired financial institutions specialist Brad Siegert from Evercore as a managing director in January, according to regulatory filings.
