Mezzanine Management, the pan-European mezzanine and private equity house, has hired Rolf Brien from Pricoa Capital, the European private equity arm of Prudential, the US insurance giant, to become a director in its London office.
Brien was part of the disbanded team at Pricoa Capital, following a restructure that saw it drop its European private equity operations to focus on its core mezzanine business. Brien, who started working there in 1987, helped set up Pricoa Capital's investment strategy in Germany.
