Exchanges and other venues have been rolling out services to help institutional investors to sell large blocks of shares, but the rush of innovation could make it harder to execute some of these trades.

Institutional investors, including long-only asset managers and hedge funds, like the ability to buy and sell large chunks of stock without revealing their hands to the entire market.
