F&C Asset Management has appointed David Logan as chief financial officer, replacing Ian Paterson Brown who leaves this month.

Paterson Brown will leave after 24 years with the company. He worked with Ivory & Sime and ISIS Asset Management before the merger with F&C in 2004.
