Fairplace Consulting, the outplacement firm, has hired the former headhunter Chris Church as a consultant in its City of London practice.

Church joins from the recruitment firm Richmond & Co., where she ran the corporate banking practice for two years. Earlier she spent more than 20 years at Chase Manhattan in sales and relationship roles.
