The Financial Conduct Authority is lining up fresh proposals to deal with the scourge of bullying, harassment and discrimination in the City, Financial News has learned.

Sparked by allegations against Square Mile veterans such as Crispin Odey, the FCA has moved good culture higher up its agenda in recent years.
