The Financial Conduct Authority has kicked off a consultation on terms and conditions for its staff amid internal opposition to reforming areas including bonus payments.

Speaking at the FCA's public meeting today, chief executive Nikhil Rathi confirmed that a consultation began last week on overhauling benefits and remuneration structures at the watchdog.
