FCA pushes back annual staff survey as decision on pay reforms nears

The Financial Conduct Authority has decided to delay its annual staff survey as it continues to work through an overhaul of employee compensation.

The polling normally takes place at the beginning of each year, gauging workers' opinions on issues such as job satisfaction, confidence in leadership, innovation, and culture.
