Much is made of which banks or law firms are most active in private equity transactions, but what about public relations agencies? New rankings compiled specially for Private Equity News reveal that Financial Dynamics advised on the most European buyouts in the first quarter.

According to the rankings compiled by Mergermarket for Private Equity News, FD advised on six private equity transactions worth a total value of $2.8bn, beating Italian agency Community Group, US firm Abernathy MacGregor Group and UK boutique Tulchan Communications into second, third and fourth respectively.
