City boutique Fenchurch Advisory Partners has hired veteran dealmakers from Morgan Stanley and Royal Bank of Canada to bolster its financial institutions group.

Paul Miller, who was head of UK and Ireland financial institutions at Morgan Stanley, joins as a senior managing director, the bank said in a 14 February statement. Morgan Stanley declined to comment.
