Question: I'm an analyst at a major bank. I applied for a job with another bank and they asked me to send across some examples of my work. So I sent them a confidential internal document. My current employer saw that I sent the document to my personal email address and now wants me to sign a document saying that I haven't distributed the document to anyone else. I've got plenty of dirt on the bank that I could use, but don't want to ruin my career. What should I do?
