Fintech champions tell UK to do better on immigration

Senior figures responsible for promoting London as a global hub of financial innovation have called on the UK government to be more vocal about its commitment to attracting overseas talent amid Brexit negotiations.

The comments come just days after a leaked Home Office document suggested the government was planning to take a stricter line on immigration to deter all but the most highly-skilled workers arriving from Europe.
