Fintech investor plans £100m IPO with backing of Rothschild trust

A fintech investor set up by a former Financial News Rising Star and backed by Lord Rothschild's investment trust is seeking to raise £100m through a float on the London Stock Exchange.

Augmentum Fintech said today that it is planning an initial public offering early next month. RIT Capital Partners, the investment trust chaired by Jacob Rothschild, will invest £10m in the float, with the management team to put in £2.7m.
