JP Morgan custody chief adapts to changing market

CEO of one of the world's largest custodians comments on the challenges of keeping up with investors

The services provided by custodians are changing, according to Conrad Kozak, chief executive of JP Morgan Worldwide Securities Services, as the underlying asset management business continues to evolve following the financial crisis.

Talking to Financial News at the Sibos conference in Amsterdam last week, Kozak said strategies in asset management were changing and requiring new functions from their custodians and asset servicing agents.
