Fitch hires Russian energy analyst

Fitch, the international credit rating agency, has recruited Jeffrey Woodruff as an analyst covering the Russian oil and gas sector.

Woodruff, who will join Fitch's office in Moscow, was previously a manager in the debt advisory group at Barclays Capital for two years. Before that, he worked as an analyst covering the chemicals and transportation industries at Standard & Poor's in New York.
