The former head of European leveraged finance capital markets at Jefferies, who left following a shake-up of the division's leadership earlier this year, will join Fitch Ratings.

Tom Muoio will start at the ratings agency next month as a managing director and head of its issuer team for corporate clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He will manage around 15 people.
