The $540.6bn green finance market is driving deep demand for ESG executives, with banking emerging as a white-hot market for sustainability experts.

Analysis from recruitment data provider Vacancysoft revealed ESG executives continue to be in high demand in the banking sector, with projections that 2022 is set to have the most ESG-related roles advertised in banking, 88% higher than in 2021.
