Fixed income star exits Citigroup

Mark Watson, co-head global credit markets at Citigroup in London and one of the most influential bankers in fixed-income, has left after 22-years of service to "pursue new opportunities".

Watson, who has been instrumental in building Citigroup into one of the most powerful fixed-income houses in the European and international markets over the past decade, announced he was leaving just over 10 days ago.
