Jonathan Flory, ex-global head of the industrial business services team at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, is joining independent financial services firm Libertas Group, where former colleague Jakob Kinde is executive chairman.

Flory will be head of corporate finance, managing existing teams based in London and Stockholm. The group floated on London's Alternative Investment market in July 2004.
