Flynn quits Pantheon Ventures to become placement agent

Peter Flynn has quit as marketing director of Pantheon Ventures, the listed private equity firm, to become a placement agent helping firms raise funds from the growing base of Nordic investors.

Flynn has set up a new company called Candela Capital. He said: "The Nordic region has gone through enormous change. Eight years ago, the vast majority of institutional investors would have been in government bonds. They are now some of Europe's most sophisticated investors."
