Former CVC executive launches Italian advisory firm

Augusto Lippi, who was a senior managing director in CVC Capital Partners’ investment team in London, has left to set up an M&A advisory firm aiming to arrange deals in Italy’s mid-market, FN's sister publication Private Equity Newsreports.

Lippi launched Dome Capital Advisors this year, he told Private Equity News. He left CVC last year after four years at the firm, where he worked on deals including the €1bn acquisition of gaming business Sisal Group in 2016.
