The former chief executive of London-based private equity firm Doughty Hanson has joined Coller Capital – a heavyweight appointment that comes with the secondaries firm due to update on its management structure later this year.

Stephen Marquardt has joined as a partner and co-head of investor relations and fundraising, Coller told investors in an email on June 2. He will be working alongside Susan Flynn, another partner and head of investor relations at the firm, who will step down in 2017.
