Former Hawkpoint executive joins Droege

David Marsh, former vice-chairman of corporate finance adviser Hawkpoint, will join Droege, the German management consultancy firm, next month.

Droege does not have a UK office, and Marsh, who will be based in Germany, will be helping to build up the firm's operations in London. The group has 340 staff, 300 of which are consultants. Droege works with companies in a variety of sectors, and also does restructuring and turnaround work. In addition, Droege sometimes takes stakes in the businesses it advises, through the Deutsche Investors' Capital fund, so Marsh's mergers and acquisitions skills can be directly applied in his new job.
