Former head of convertible bonds sues Commerzbank

Rajan Russell, previously head of convertible bonds at Commerzbank, has filed a complaint against his former employer, claiming he "suffered detriment and/or dismissal" after "exercising his rights under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1988".

Russell also filed a separate claim of unfair dismissal with the UK's employment tribunal.
