More than a dozen KKR dealmakers have left the firm over the past two years to take on key roles at new investment firms

KKR is one of the world’s biggest and best-known private equity firms. But despite its size and reputation, some of its most senior executives have left to set up their own, smaller firms.

Over the past two years, more than a dozen KKR deal makers have taken on founding or key roles at new investment firms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
