Simon Rose, formerly at Thomson Financial, which was previously known as Primark Investment Management Services, is heading up Eagle Investment Systems' newly opened London office.

Eagle, a US web-based and enterprise investment management software company, has opened its doors in London and will provide sales, service and support for customers in the growing UK and European financial services market.
