A Mayfair-based investment firm set up in 2009 by a former Citadel portfolio manager and Financial News Rising Star is to close a flagship European hedge fund.

Susa Fund Management, based in Berkeley Street in London, was launched in March 2009 by Reza Amiri, a former Bain Capital executive who had joined Citadel in 2005.
