A former UBS banker just became CFO of an insect protein firm

The senior capital markets banker at UBS has re-emerged as the chief financial officer of a company that produces food and fertiliser from insects.

Isabelle Toledano-Koutsouris, who was most recently head of private capital markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at the Swiss bank, is now chief financial and support officer at Ÿnsect, which describes itself as the "world leader in natural insect protein and fertilizer production", it said in a 30 November statement.
