Fortis Bank has continued its hiring spree in its loan syndications team in London with the appointment of a former West LB banker to cover distribution of financial institution risk.

Joy Cook joins the Benelux financial services group on October 16 after four years at German bank West LB, which she left at the end of August. She is the third banker to be brought on to the the syndications team in recent months.
