Fox-Pitt, Kelton, the investment bank focusing on financial services, has boosted its European bank-research team with four hires.

Michael Helsby joins from Morgan Stanley's European bank-research team as FPK's head of UK bank coverage. He previously worked at ABN Amro and ING Financial Markets. Steven Hayne, who joins from National Australia Group, where he was a senior manager in group strategy, will cover UK banks alongside Helsby.
