Frank Russell Co has boosted its manager research team in London with two new hires, and has also added to its institutional investment services team.

Helen Aitchison, who was a portfolio manager of fixed income at Deutsche Asset Management in Frankfurt, and Scott Vincent, from Frank Russell's Sydney office, have joined the London team reporting to Liz Ward, head of global fixed income.
